1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies such as local browser storage, pixels and scripts. In this policy, we refer to them together as cookies.
Some cookies are necessary for the website or app to work. We ask for consent for non-essential cookies where required by law.
3. Third party services
Depending on the page and features you use, third party services may receive data or set their own cookies. Their own privacy and cookie policies may also apply.
| Service | Use | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Aniday support environment and Intercom | Chat, support and relevant account context | Functional |
| Sentry | Error diagnostics, performance and possible recordings of screen interactions | Diagnostics |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Protects forms and accounts against automated abuse | Security |
| Google Tag Manager | Manages tags in the signed-in app. Active tags may use additional cookies | Tag management |
| Google Translate | Provides translation in the customer portal, not on the marketing website | Functional |
| YouTube | Displays video using privacy enhanced embed mode | External content |
4. Consent and legal basis
Essential cookies may be used without consent because the website or app you request cannot work properly without them. Examples include language selection, security and login.
Cookies that track usage, build profiles or support marketing require prior consent. If such tags are active through Google Tag Manager or another service, they must be listed under the correct category in the cookie notice and load only after your choice.
5. Change your choice
You can refuse non-essential cookies or withdraw earlier consent through the cookie settings when they are offered on the relevant website or in the app. Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it.
You can also remove cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Your browser can block cookies by default or warn you before they are set. If you block essential cookies, login, language selection or other features may not work properly.
6. Keeping this list current
Suppliers may change their technology and retention periods. The Google Tag Manager configuration may also change. We therefore periodically check which cookies and tags are actually active and update this page and the cookie notice where needed.
