Yes. On a monthly plan you're never locked in and can cancel any month.

There are no setup fees. Optional paid add-ons are listed in the feature comparison.

Annual billing saves approximately 17% to 21%, depending on the plan. The features are the same. Business costs €1,788 per year with annual billing, saving €360 compared with twelve monthly payments of €179.

The displayed Business prices apply immediately to new customers. For existing Business customers, the new price takes effect on 1 January 2027 with monthly billing, or at the first annual renewal on or after that date. We will notify existing Business customers in October 2026.

Yes. Essentials and Pro receive a fixed annual increase of 2.5% from 2027. Business will first be indexed in 2028. With monthly billing, this takes effect at the first monthly renewal on or after 1 January. With annual billing, it takes effect at the first annual renewal on or after that date. We will notify you of your new price in advance.

No. The mobile app is in development and expected in Q2 2027. It is included in Business. The app and new platform launches will not bring a separate increase to the Business price. Annual indexation still applies.

Absolutely. You can switch to another plan at any time. The change takes effect immediately.

Essentials includes 10 users. Pro and Business have unlimited users.
