Role-based access

Each team member can have their own login. User groups let you decide who can view, change or delete each area.

Logs for important actions

Aniday records technical and security logs. For relevant actions in the software, you can see which team member carried them out.

Backups and maintenance

Our technical and organisational measures include backups, maintenance and careful incident handling.

Encrypted connections

We use encrypted connections and measures for access, delivery and protection of the service.

Clear responsibilities

Privacy starts with knowing who is responsible for what

Our terms and privacy notice explain which data we use, who we share it with and the rights you have. We do not sell personal data.

You remain in control of your content

You retain the rights to the content you place in Aniday. We process that data only to deliver, secure and support the service and in line with our agreements.

A clear role under GDPR

For personal data you store in Aniday as a customer, you are generally the controller and Aniday is the processor. Where required, this is set out in a data processing agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. User groups let you set whether someone can view, change or delete information in each area, keeping sensitive sections away from roles that do not need them.

Where possible, we choose processing within the European Economic Area. Some suppliers or group companies may process data outside the EEA. In that case we use a valid transfer mechanism and additional safeguards where needed.

Where GDPR requires it, processing arrangements are set out in a data processing agreement. Contact us if you need it for your review.

Report a possible security issue directly to info@aniday.io. Do not include sensitive data that is not needed for the investigation.
